Boerum Hill complete kitchen transformation

This is one of those projects where the benefits of kitchen remodeling are evident. We started off with dark and dated kitchen cabinetry. The storage was scarce and not very accessible. The lack of proper storage resulted in a cluttered counter with a very little workspace. The low backsplash is responsible for many head injuries. But the most important, the layout was not functional and very limiting.

By changing the layout to Galley style, we gained a tremendous amount of workspace. By adding a pull-out pantry, multiple drawers, and deep baskets, we created so much needed storage and organization. Updating the finish to aesthetically pleasing contemporary style, introducing some modern open shelving, integrating appliances, resulting in this magnificent, transitional kitchen, full of functionality.
